# Overview

Dozer Project Launch Tools deploy a complete token ecosystem — vesting, public sale, liquidity, staking, and DAO governance — directly from a browser, with each on-chain action confirmed in the project owner's wallet.

The landing page at [testnet.tools.dozer.finance](https://testnet.tools.dozer.finance/) is the entry point for both project creators and token holders.

## What You Can Deploy

## The Project Setup Flow

Once you connect a wallet and select a project, the admin dashboard shows a six-step checklist:

1. **Create Token** — set name, symbol, supply, and metadata
2. **Configure Vesting** — split your supply across ecosystem allocations and custom schedules
3. **Token Sale** — run an optional public crowdsale
4. **Liquidity Pool** — provide initial liquidity on the Dozer DEX
5. **Staking Contract** — activate the rewards pool defined in vesting
6. **DAO Governance** — enable on-chain voting

Vesting gates everything else. Inside vesting, each Special Allocation % unlocks its corresponding tool: **Public Sale %** unlocks the Launchpad, **Liquidity Pool %** unlocks the Liquidity tool, **Staking Rewards %** auto-deploys the staking pool. DAO Governance additionally requires a Staking Contract — you can't set it up without one.

## Prerequisites

* **Hathor wallet** with Reown (WalletConnect) support — [Hathor Wallet desktop or mobile](https://hathor.network/wallets/)
* **HTR** (or **DZR**) for transaction fees and the credits balance
* **Modern browser** (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Firefox)

> **Testnet**: For testing on `testnet.tools.dozer.finance`, use the **Faucet 100k HTR** button in the sidebar to top up the wallet balance.

## Connecting Your Wallet

1. From the admin dashboard, click **Connect Wallet**.
2. A WalletConnect modal appears with a QR code and a copy-link icon.
3. In your Hathor wallet, open the **QR-code icon** at the top right, choose **Manual**, then **Reown Connection**.
4. Paste the URI and click **Connect**. Approve the session request that follows.

The wallet address shown in the sidebar footer changes from `Connect Wallet` to your address with a green "Connected" indicator.

## Credits

Most on-chain operations (creating staking pools, DAOs, crowdsales, liquidity pools) are paid from a per-project **Credits** balance, not directly from the wallet.

* Credits can be funded in **HTR** or **DZR**
* DZR is preferred when both are available (lower fees)
* Unused credits can be withdrawn at any time

# Project Creation

This guide walks through creating a new token project on [testnet.tools.dozer.finance](https://testnet.tools.dozer.finance/). The same flow applies on mainnet when it launches.

## Prerequisites

* Hathor wallet with Reown / WalletConnect support
* HTR for the creation fee (currently **100 HTR**) — or **50 DZR** if you hold DZR
* Token plan: name, symbol, supply, and optional metadata

## Step 1 — Open the Admin Dashboard

1. Visit [testnet.tools.dozer.finance](https://testnet.tools.dozer.finance/).
2. Click **Launch your project**.
3. The admin dashboard loads at `/admin` with a "Get Started with Your First Project" card and a **Connect Wallet** button.

## Step 2 — Connect Your Wallet

1. Click **Connect Wallet** in the center card (or in the sidebar footer).
2. A **WalletConnect** modal appears with a QR code and a copy-link icon.

3. Click the **copy** icon to copy the connection URI.
4. Open the Hathor wallet and click the **QR-code icon** in the top right.
5. Tap **Manual** → **Reown Connection**, paste the URI, then **Connect**.
6. Approve the session request in the wallet.

The dashboard reloads in its connected state: the sidebar footer shows your address with a green **Connected** indicator, and the **Create Project** button appears at the top of the sidebar.

## Step 3 — Open the Create Project Form

Click **+ Create Project** in the top-left of the sidebar. You land on the **New Project** form.

## Step 4 — Fill the Form

### Required Fields

### Creation Fee

Choose how to pay the deployment fee:

* **HTR · 100** (default)
* **DZR · 50**

> ⚠️ **Permanent fields**: Token Name, Symbol, and Total Supply cannot be changed after deployment. Double-check before submitting.

## Step 5 — Deploy

1. Scroll to the bottom of the form. The total **Fee** is shown next to the **Create Project** button.
2. Click **Create Project**. The button changes to **Accept in wallet…**
3. Approve the transaction in the Hathor wallet and enter your PIN.
4. Wait for confirmation. You'll be redirected to the project's admin dashboard.

## Step 6 — Project Dashboard

After deployment, the project dashboard shows:

* **Header card**: token icon, name, symbol, holders, market cap, total supply, price, plus **View on Explorer** and **Manage Token** buttons.
* **Project Setup**: a six-step checklist tracking the remaining setup actions.

## Token Manager Options

From the sidebar's **Token Manager** section, four actions are available:

* **Melt Authority** — Transfer melt rights to your wallet so you can decrease total supply.
* **Edit Metadata** — Update description, social links, category, etc.
* **Transfer Authority** — Permanently transfer project ownership to another developer address.
* **Cancel Project** — Only available before vesting is configured. After vesting deploys, the project cannot be cancelled.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom                     | Fix                                                               |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Wallet won't connect        | The Reown URI expires quickly — copy and paste in one go          |
| Symbol shows as unavailable | Another project already uses it; pick a different one             |
| Transaction fails           | Confirm HTR balance covers the 100 HTR fee, or switch to DZR · 50 |
| "Connecting…" button stuck  | Refresh and reconnect; sessions can drop after long idle          |

# Token Management

Once your token is created, the **Token Manager** screen at `/admin/token/management` exposes the post-deployment actions that fall outside of Vesting, Launchpad, Liquidity, Staking, and DAO. Open it from the sidebar's **Token Manager** entry under **Token Management**.

The header shows the token name, symbol, and current supply. Below it, four action cards.

## Melt Authority

> Transfer melt authority to your wallet.

When a token is created, Hathor issues a **melt authority** that allows decreasing total supply. By default this authority lives in the project contract. Pulling it into your wallet lets you burn tokens — useful for buybacks, supply cuts, or correcting accidental mints.

* **What happens**: The melt authority is transferred from the project to your connected wallet address.
* **Reversible?** No. Once moved out of the project, it stays in the wallet you choose.
* **Then what?** With the authority in your wallet you can burn tokens through any Hathor wallet supporting token authorities.

Click **Get Authority**, approve the transaction in the wallet, enter your PIN.

## Edit Metadata

> Update project description, social links, and other metadata.

The token's name, symbol, and supply are permanent. Everything else — description, website, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, Whitepaper, logo, category — can be updated here at any time.

Click **Edit Metadata** to open the edit form, change the fields you need, and submit. Metadata updates do not require a blockchain transaction.

## Transfer Authority

> Transfer project ownership to another developer address.

Permanently hands over **project ownership and developer authority** to a different Hathor address. The new owner gains full admin access — they can manage vesting, launchpad, liquidity, staking, DAO, and the Token Manager actions on this page.

> ⚠️ **Irreversible.** Triple-check the recipient address. Once transferred, you cannot reclaim ownership.

Use cases:

* Moving a project from a personal dev wallet to a multisig
* Handing off after acquisition
* Decentralising control to a foundation address

Click **Transfer Authority**, enter the new owner address, confirm, sign in wallet.

## Cancel Project

> Cannot delete project after vesting is configured.

Available **only before vesting deploys**. Once vesting is configured the card shows **Not Available** with the explanation that projects with vesting cannot be cancelled, for security reasons.

If your project has no vesting yet and you want to abandon it, click **Cancel Project** and confirm.

## When to Use Each Action

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom                              | Fix                                                                           |

| Cancel Project shows "Not Available" | Vesting is already configured — cancellation is permanently disabled          |
| Edit Metadata changes not visible    | Refresh the public token page; CDN may cache for a few minutes                |
| Transfer Authority fails             | Address must be a valid Hathor address; ensure the wallet has HTR for the fee |

# Project Credits

Each project has a **Credits** balance — a per-project prepaid pool of HTR and/or DZR used to pay for on-chain operations: creating staking contracts, DAOs, crowdsales, and liquidity pools.

Open the Credits screen at `/admin/credits` (sidebar → **Credits**).

## Why credits exist

Most Project Launch Tools actions are submitted by the project contract, not directly by your wallet. The project needs its own balance to cover those fees. The Credits screen is where you fund and reclaim that balance.

## Current Balance

Two rows: **HTR Balance** and **DZR Balance**. Minimum HTR deposit is **100.00 HTR** — smaller deposits are not accepted.

## Deposit Credits

Add HTR or DZR to the project balance.

1. Pick **Token Type** (HTR or DZR).
2. Enter an **Amount**.
3. Click **Deposit Credits**, confirm in the wallet, sign with PIN.

The deposit goes from your connected wallet to the project's credit pool.

## Withdraw Credits

Reclaim unused HTR or DZR. Each transaction can withdraw **only one token type** — withdraw HTR and DZR separately if needed.

1. Pick **Token Type** (HTR or DZR). The available balance is shown next to each option, and the **Max** link fills the amount field with the full balance.
2. Enter the amount to withdraw.
3. Click **Withdraw Credits**, confirm in the wallet.

The withdrawal goes back to your connected wallet.

## HTR vs DZR — Which to Use?

> DZR credits are preferred over HTR when both are available, as they typically have lower fees.

Practical guidance:

* **HTR**: easier to obtain, especially on testnet (use the **Faucet 100k HTR** button in the sidebar).
* **DZR**: lower per-action cost; keeps your project lean as it scales.

Most projects start with HTR for setup and refill in DZR once they hold some.

## What credits get spent on

Any action that the project contract submits on-chain, including:

* Creating a Liquidity Pool
* Creating a Crowdsale / Launchpad
* Setting up a DAO
* Adding rewards to a Staking pool
* Some token-management actions (when they require contract calls)

Wallet-paid actions — like the initial project creation, vesting deploy, or melt-authority transfer — are paid directly from the user's wallet, not from credits.

## Best Practices

* **Top up before a busy launch week** — pre-fund credits so a wallet hiccup doesn't block a planned action.
* **Use DZR once available** — lower fees mean more operations per credit.
* **Withdraw before sunsetting a project** — credits don't expire, but they're locked to the project until withdrawn.
* **Keep a buffer** — leave at least one full transaction's worth in credits so urgent actions (pausing a sale, for example) don't fail.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom                              | Fix                                                           |
| ------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Deposit Credits button is disabled   | You're below the 100.00 HTR minimum, or amount field is empty |
| "Insufficient balance" on deposit    | Top up your wallet HTR or DZR first                           |

# Vesting Configuration

Vesting is the gatekeeper of every other Project Launch Tool. Until vesting deploys, the Launchpad, Liquidity Pool, Staking, and DAO steps are locked.

A vesting plan does two things:

1. Splits part of the supply into **Special Allocations** (Staking Rewards, Public Sale, Liquidity Pool) — these unlock the corresponding tools.
2. Splits the rest into **Vesting Allocations** (Team, Advisors, Ecosystem reserve, etc.) with per-beneficiary cliffs and durations.

Total of all allocations must equal exactly **100%** — the form blocks submission otherwise.

## Prerequisites

* Project created (see [Project Creation Guide](/project-launch-tools/project-creation))
* HTR or DZR for the vesting transaction fee
* Allocation plan: percentages, beneficiary addresses, cliff/vest periods

## Opening Vesting Setup

From the project dashboard's setup checklist, click **Manage** on **Configure Vesting** — or use the sidebar's **Vesting** entry under **Finance**.

For a project where vesting has not yet been configured, you land on the **Configure Project Vesting** form at `/admin/vesting/create`. For projects where vesting already exists, you land on the **Vesting Manage** view at `/admin/vesting/manage` (covered at the bottom of this page).

If you arrive at this page by clicking **Manage** on a still-locked feature (Launchpad, Liquidity, Staking, DAO), an amber **Unlock hint** banner at the top tells you which Special Allocation field to fill to unlock it.

## Quick-start Templates

At the top of the setup form, three presets seed the entire allocation in one click. You can edit any value after applying:

| **Balanced DeFi**   | Classic DeFi launch — split across public sale, ecosystem, and team |
| **Community First** | More tokens for public sale and staking, less for insiders          |
| **Minimal / Solo**  | Simple distribution for a solo founder or small team                |

## Special Allocations

These three fields unlock the corresponding tools when set above 0%:

| Field                   | What it does                                                                                                                                       |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Staking Rewards (%)** | Creates a staking pool that distributes this % of the supply over the configured pool duration. Also required before DAO Governance can be set up. |
| **Public Sale (%)**     | Reserves this % of the supply for the Launchpad crowdsale.                                                                                         |
| **Liquidity Pool (%)**  | Reserves this % to seed the Dozer DEX pool.                                                                                                        |

For staking, you also pick a **Staking Pool Duration** from a dropdown. The UI automatically derives the daily reward rate from `staking allocation ÷ duration`.

## Vesting Allocations

Add one row per beneficiary group. Common patterns:

| Group     | Suggested cliff | Suggested vest | Typical % |

| Team      | 6–12 mo         | 24–48 mo       | 15–25%    |
| Advisors  | 0–3 mo          | 12–24 mo       | 2–5%      |
| Investors | per agreement   | 12–36 mo       | 20–40%    |
| Ecosystem | 0 mo            | 24–36 mo       | varies    |

Per-row fields:

* **Name** — display label (e.g. "Team, Advisors, etc.")
* **Percentage (%)** — share of total supply
* **Beneficiary Address** — Hathor address that can claim the vested tokens (toggle **Use owner address** to default to your wallet)
* **Cliff (months)** — initial lock period; nothing unlocks during this
* **Vesting (months)** — linear release window after the cliff

The **Allocation Summary** card at the bottom of the form tallies Special + Vesting totals. The **Configure Vesting** button stays disabled until the total equals exactly 100% with no unfilled rows.

## Review & Deploy

1. Verify percentages add up as planned.
2. Verify every beneficiary address — these are irreversible.
3. Click **Configure Vesting**.
4. Approve the transaction in the Hathor wallet and enter your PIN.

Once confirmed:

* The corresponding tools (Launchpad / Liquidity / Staking) unlock in the dashboard checklist.
* The staking pool is live immediately if a Staking Rewards % was set.
* The Liquidity Pool reserves the DZR allocation, ready to pair with HTR via the [Liquidity tool](/project-launch-tools/vesting-configuration).

## The Vesting Manage View

After deployment, the Vesting page shows the active configuration.

Header KPIs:

* **Status** — Active / Inactive
* **Total allocated** — full supply allocated through vesting
* **Total vested** — sum already unlocked across all beneficiaries

**Ecosystem Allocations** (the label used in the Manage view) lists Staking, Public Sale, Liquidity Pool — each with a **Manage** button that links to the corresponding tool (Create for ones not yet deployed).

**Your Vesting Schedule** is a per-allocation table:

## Best Practices

* **Plan ecosystem % first**: it determines how much remains for team/advisors/investors.
* **Test on testnet** with realistic allocations before mainnet.
* **Use multisig addresses** for large team or treasury allocations.
* **Document publicly**: post your vesting schedule on your project's site for transparency.

## Troubleshooting

# Crowdsale

The Launchpad tool runs a public token sale for the % of supply reserved as **Public Sale** in your vesting configuration. The dapp surfaces it as **Launchpad** in the sidebar; admin and public pages title it **Crowdsale Management** and **Token Sale** respectively.

## Prerequisites

* Project created and **vesting configured with a Public Sale %** (see [Vesting Configuration](/project-launch-tools/vesting-configuration)).
* HTR or DZR in the project Credits balance for the deployment transaction.
* Wallet connected as project owner.

## Step 1 — Open Launchpad Setup

From the project dashboard's setup checklist, click **Manage** on **Token Sale** — or use the sidebar's **Launchpad** entry under **Finance**.

For a project with no existing sale, the setup form loads. For projects where a sale already exists, the **Crowdsale Management** panel loads.

## Step 2 — Configure Sale Parameters

The form has two cards: **Sale Allocation** (the rate) and **Sale Configuration** (caps, dates):

The **Hard Cap is calculated automatically** as `tokens available × rate` — no field for it. Tokens available comes from your vesting Public Sale allocation. The full allocation is reserved at deployment; unsold tokens can be withdrawn after finalization.

## Step 3 — Deploy

1. Click **Create Crowdsale**.
2. Approve in the Hathor wallet and enter your PIN.
3. After confirmation, the dashboard's Token Sale step shows ✅ and the Launchpad menu now opens the **Crowdsale Management** view.

## The Crowdsale Management View

The management panel runs the sale through its lifecycle states (from `formatSaleState`):

## Pausing & Resuming

Use Pause only for emergencies (a discovered exploit, regulatory inquiry, etc.):

1. Click **Pause Sale**, approve in wallet, enter PIN.
2. Status changes to **Paused**. Buyers see a banner on the public page and the purchase form is disabled.
3. Click **Resume Sale** to re-open.

## Finalizing & Withdrawing

Once the sale has ended (or you choose to close it early after the Soft Cap is reached):

1. Click **Finalize Sale** → approve in wallet.
2. The management panel updates with final results.
3. **Withdraw Raised HTR** — sends the raised HTR to your wallet.
4. **Withdraw Remaining Tokens** — returns any unsold portion of the Public Sale allocation to your wallet.

> ⚠️ If the Soft Cap was **not** reached, the sale enters refund mode. Buyers can withdraw their HTR from the public page; you cannot withdraw the raised funds.

## For Token Buyers

The buyer-facing flow — finding a sale, purchasing, refunds, and claiming — is documented in [Participating in a Token Sale](/user-guides/participating-in-token-sale).

## Best Practices

* **Realistic Soft Cap** — Set it to your minimum viable funding. Too high risks sale failure and refunds.
* **Allow enough time** — 7–14 days minimum for community participation. Don't run a sale across a major regional holiday.
* **Pre-announce** — At least one week ahead, share the token address and the official `/launchpad/<token-id>` URL.
* **Pause sparingly** — It shakes buyer confidence. Reserve for emergencies.

# Staking

The Staking tool creates a rewards pool funded from your token's vesting allocation. Holders lock tokens for a fixed period and earn a share of daily rewards proportional to their stake.

A staking pool is **created automatically** the moment vesting is deployed with a Staking Rewards % above 0. You don't deploy it separately — you only **manage** it afterwards.

## Prerequisites

* Project created
* Vesting configured with **Staking Rewards %** > 0 (see [Vesting Configuration](/project-launch-tools/vesting-configuration))

## Opening the Management Panel

From the project dashboard, click **Manage** on the **Staking Contract** step — or use the sidebar's **Staking** entry under **Governance**.

Top-left block shows real-time pool health:

## Admin Overview

Shows your rewards reserve and pool status:

* **Rewards Balance** — tokens left to distribute
* **Total Staked** — duplicated from above for quick reference
* **Pool Status** — Active / Paused
* **Health** — Healthy / Warning / Depleted (based on days remaining)

## Add Reward Tokens

Top up the rewards pool from your wallet balance. The form shows:

* **Current Reward Pool** — Owner balance, Days remaining, Daily distribution
* **Amount to Add** — with a recommended figure (e.g. "624,999.6 for 30 days")
* **Recommendation panel** — guidance on minimum reserve

Adding more rewards either **extends the pool duration** (if daily rate is kept) or **increases the APY**.

## Pool Controls

The **Pause Pool** button (red) immediately halts new stakes and unstakes. Use for emergencies — security issues, contract maintenance, or imminent reward depletion. Resume re-enables normal activity.

## Rewards Reserve Projection

Chart in the lower-right showing the estimated rewards balance over time at the current distribution rate. A 30-day rewards-reserve warning threshold is marked with a dashed line — top up before crossing it.

## Contract Information

Bottom card surfaces the on-chain contract ID and token reference for inclusion in your project docs or block-explorer links.

## Best Practices

* **Top up before depletion** — Add rewards before crossing the 30-day warning line on the reserve projection. APY collapses fast when reserves dry.
* **Announce top-ups** — They materially affect APY; holders watch this.
* **Pause sparingly** — Use only for security issues or contract maintenance. Communicate proactively when you do.
* **Plan duration ahead** — Set the Staking Pool Duration in vesting to match your roadmap; extending later means adding rewards.

Token claiming is the user-facing side of vesting and Launchpad sales — it's how beneficiaries and buyers actually receive the tokens that have been allocated to them on-chain.

This page is a concept overview for project creators. **End users** should use the dedicated user guides:

## Two Claim Surfaces

Dozer Tools exposes claiming in two different places, depending on where the allocation came from.

### 1. Vesting claims — Token Vesting section

For tokens distributed through your project's **vesting plan** (team, advisors, ecosystem reserves, custom investor allocations).

* **Where**: The public token page at `/tokens/<token-id>`, in the **Token Vesting** section.
* **Tabs**: Allocations (claim here), Distribution (visualization), Vesting Schedule (timeline).
* **Status states**: Cliff Period, Vesting in Progress, Available to Claim, Nothing to Claim, Fully Claimed.
* **Per-row claim**: Each beneficiary row has its own Claim button.

### 2. Launchpad claims — Public sale page

For tokens purchased through a **Launchpad crowdsale**.

* **Where**: The public sale page at `/launchpad/<token-id>`, in the **Your Participation** panel.
* **Available after**: The project owner finalizes a Successful sale.
* **Failed sale**: Same panel exposes a **Refund** button instead, returning HTR to the buyer.

## What Project Creators Should Know

* You don't claim on behalf of beneficiaries — they claim themselves.
* Beneficiaries claim **per allocation**, **per project**. Cross-project bulk claiming is not supported.
* Each claim costs the beneficiary a small HTR transaction fee. Most users batch claims rather than claiming every unlock cycle.
* The status badges and progress bars on the Token Vesting tab update automatically — beneficiaries can use the page as a read-only monitor.

## What to Tell Your Beneficiaries

When onboarding a new beneficiary group (team, advisors, investors), include in your communication:

1. The **token contract address** (or public token page URL: `/tokens/<token-id>`)
2. The **exact Hathor address** you registered as their beneficiary

4. The **cliff and vesting duration** so they know when to expect first unlocks

# Participating in a Token Sale

This guide shows how to buy tokens from a project's public sale on Dozer Tools. The sale page is sometimes called the **Launchpad** or **Crowdsale** — they're the same thing.

## What You Need

* A **Hathor wallet** with Reown / WalletConnect support
* **HTR** for the purchase plus a small extra for transaction fees
* The **token URL** or token symbol of the sale you want to join

## Step 1 — Find the Sale

Three ways to reach a sale:

* **Explore → Token Sales** in the top navigation — lists all active and upcoming sales.
* **Explore → All Tokens** — open any token's page; if it has an active sale, the **Token Sale** card surfaces it.
* **Direct link** — projects usually publish a `/launchpad/<token-id>` URL on their social channels.

## Step 2 — Connect Your Wallet

1. Click **Connect Wallet** in the top right (or anywhere a connect prompt appears).
2. Copy the WalletConnect URI from the modal.
3. In your Hathor wallet, open the **QR icon → Manual → Reown Connection**, paste the URI, click **Connect**.
4. Approve the session request in your wallet.

Once connected, the top-right button shows your address (truncated, e.g. `WbvoFb...9GrE`).

## Step 3 — Read the Sale Page

### Status meanings

* **Upcoming** — Not started yet. You can read the details but cannot buy.
* **Ready** — Past the start time but not yet activated; the project admin will start it manually.
* **Live** — Purchases open.
* **Paused** — Project admin temporarily disabled purchases. Wait or move on.
* **Soft Cap Reached** — Sale met its minimum goal but is still accepting purchases.
* **Successful** — Sale ended and Soft Cap was reached. Claim your tokens.
* **Failed** — Sale ended without reaching Soft Cap. Refund your HTR.

## Step 4 — Buy Tokens (Live sales)

1. In **Participate in Sale**, enter the **HTR amount** you want to spend (must be ≥ Min Purchase).
2. The UI shows how many tokens you'll receive at the configured rate.
3. Click **Participate in Sale**.
4. In your wallet, review the transaction details, enter your PIN, sign.
5. After confirmation, the **Your Participation** panel updates:
   * **Your Deposit** — HTR you've contributed in total
   * **Refundable** — recoverable if the sale fails
   * **Tokens Allocated** — what you'll receive at claim time
   * **Claim Status** — `Not Claimed` until you claim after a Successful finalize

You can purchase multiple times during a sale; amounts accumulate.

## Step 5 — Claim or Refund After the Sale Ends

Once the project admin **finalizes** the sale, the **Participate in Sale** form is replaced by a single action button in the Your Participation panel. The button's label and color depend on three things:

So **the same panel handles both outcomes** — you don't navigate to a different page. The Sale Progress badge at the top will read **Successful** or **Failed** so you know which action you're confirming.

### How to claim or refund

1. Make sure the badge at the top shows **Successful** or **Failed** (the project has finalized the sale).
2. Click **Claim Tokens** (success) or **Claim Refund** (failure).
3. Approve the transaction in your wallet, enter your PIN.
4. After confirmation:
   * **Successful sale** — your purchased tokens land in your wallet; Claim Status switches to **Claimed**.
   * **Failed sale** — your HTR deposit returns to your wallet; Claim Status switches to **Claimed**.

> The button stays active until you've claimed. It costs a small HTR transaction fee whether you're claiming tokens or a refund.

If after a successful claim the token doesn't appear in your wallet, register it manually: **QR icon → Manual → Register Token** in Hathor wallet, then paste the token's contract address from the public token page.

## Safety Checks

* **Verify the URL** — Always confirm you're on `testnet.tools.dozer.finance` (or the official mainnet domain). Phishing copies exist.
* **Check the token contract** — Open the token's public page from the official project channels, not from random links.
* **Read the vesting plan** — Public Sale tokens may have their own cliff or unlock schedule. Visible in the **Token Vesting** section of the token's public page.
* **Keep some HTR aside** — Claiming and refunding both cost a small transaction fee.

## Troubleshooting

# Staking Tokens

This guide shows how to stake project tokens on Dozer Tools to earn a share of the project's reward pool.

## What You Need

* A **Hathor wallet** with Reown / WalletConnect support
* A **balance of the token** you want to stake (held in your connected wallet)
* A small amount of **HTR** for transaction fees

## How Staking Works

A project creator allocates a portion of their token supply as **Staking Rewards**, distributed over a fixed pool duration. Anyone holding the token can stake and receive a daily share of those rewards proportional to their stake.

Each pool has:

* A **minimum** and **maximum** stake amount
* A **timelock period** (typically 30 days) — staked tokens cannot be withdrawn until it elapses
* An **APY** that updates as more (or fewer) tokens stake
* A **rewards reserve** that the project can top up to extend the pool's lifetime

## Step 1 — Open the Staking Page

Three ways:

* **Explore → Staking** in the top nav — lists all active pools.
* **Token page → Staking card** — opens the pool for that token.
* **Direct URL** — `/staking/<token-id>`.

### Left column — Pool stats + your position

* **Pool Statistics** — APY, Total Staked across all users, Daily Rewards distributed, Rewards Last (days remaining)

## Step 2 — Stake

1. Connect your wallet.
2. In **Stake Tokens**, enter an amount (within Min/Max).
3. Click **Stake Tokens**, approve in wallet, enter PIN.

After confirmation:

* The **My Position** card updates with your stake.
* Pending rewards start accruing daily.
* Your **30-day timelock countdown** begins.

## Step 3 — Watch Rewards Accrue

Rewards are distributed daily. Your share = `your stake / Total Staked × Daily Rewards`.

The My Position card shows your **pending rewards** in real-time. They are **auto-compounded** — every time you stake more or unstake, accrued rewards are claimed and added to / sent with your transaction.

## Step 4 — Unstake

Once the timelock has elapsed (default 30 days from your latest stake):

1. Enter the amount in **Unstake Tokens** — or click **Max** for a full exit.
2. Click **Unstake Tokens**, approve in wallet.
3. Your principal **plus accrued rewards** lands in your wallet.

> ⚠️ **Partial unstakes restart the timelock** on the remaining balance. To avoid resetting your timer, withdraw the full **Max** amount in one transaction.

## Best Practices

* **Plan around the timelock** — don't stake tokens you'll need within the lock period.
* **Compare APYs** — but factor in the project's risk, not just the rate. A 1000% APY on an inactive token isn't a deal.
* **Watch the Rewards Last counter** — if a pool's reserve drops below 30 days, APY may collapse soon unless the project tops it up.
* **Don't dust-unstake** — pulling 1% to "test" still resets the 30-day clock on the other 99%.

## Troubleshooting

# Claiming Vested Tokens

This guide is for **beneficiaries** — addresses that received a vesting allocation from a project's launch plan (team, advisors, ecosystem reserve, investor groups, etc.). For Launchpad sale claims, see [Participating in a Token Sale](/user-guides/participating-in-token-sale) instead.

## What You Need

* A **Hathor wallet** connected to Dozer Tools, holding the exact address that received the allocation
* A small amount of **HTR** for the claim transaction fee

## Where Vesting Lives

Each project's vesting plan is published on its **public token page** at `/tokens/<token-id>`, in a section called **Token Vesting**.

You can reach it via:

* **Explore → All Tokens** → click the project
* A direct link the project shared with you

## Reading the Token Vesting Section

Three tabs:

| Tab                  | What it shows                                                       |

| **Allocations**      | Per-beneficiary rows with claim status, next unlock, and % unlocked |
| **Distribution**     | Visualisation of how the total supply is split                      |

The **Allocations** tab is where you claim. Each row shows:

* **Name** (e.g. Team, Advisors, Ecosystem)
* **Beneficiary** (a truncated address)
* **Next unlock** — amount and date of the next release
* **Status badge** (see below)
* **% Unlocked** so far
* **Total** tokens in this allocation

Find the row whose Beneficiary matches your connected wallet address. If you don't see your address, the project may have used a different one — confirm with the project team.

## Status Badges

| Badge                     | What it means                                                     |

| 🔒 **Cliff Period**       | Initial lock; no tokens vested yet. Cliff end date is shown.      |
| ⏳ **Vesting in Progress** | Tokens unlocking linearly. Next unlock date and amount shown.     |
| 🟢 **Available to Claim** | One or more unlocks are ready. The Claim button is active.        |
| ✅ **Fully Claimed**       | Everything is already withdrawn for this allocation.              |
| ➖ **Nothing to Claim**    | Vesting is active but nothing has unlocked since your last claim. |

## How to Claim

When a row shows **Available to Claim**:

1. Click the row's **Claim** button.
2. Approve the transaction in your wallet, enter PIN.
3. After confirmation, the tokens appear in your wallet and the row's progress bar updates.

Each beneficiary row is claimed independently. If you have multiple allocations across different projects, you claim them per project, per row.

## When Not to Claim

Claiming has a small HTR fee. If you only have a tiny amount available, it may be more efficient to **wait and batch** — claim once a month or once a quarter rather than every time a sliver unlocks.

The **Allocations** tab is safe to use as a read-only monitor between claims:

* Bookmark the token page
* Status badges and next-unlock dates update automatically
* Use the **Vesting Schedule** tab to plan around upcoming unlocks

## Adding the Token to Your Wallet

After claiming, the token might not appear automatically in your wallet's token list.

**Option A — Add from the dapp** (when supported):

* Click **Add to Wallet** in the top right of the token's public page header.

**Option B — Manual registration:**

1. Copy the **token contract address** from the public token page header.
2. In Hathor wallet: **QR icon → Manual → Register Token**.
3. Paste the address and confirm.

## Troubleshooting

* **Verify the token contract** against the project's official channels before claiming.
* **Never share your seed phrase or PIN.** Dozer staff will never ask.
* For **large allocations**, claim into a hardware-backed wallet and consider moving the tokens to cold storage immediately after.
* **Beware look-alike pages.** Always navigate from the project's official link or `testnet.tools.dozer.finance` directly.

Oasis matches one dollar worth of HTR from its reserve pool for every dollar worth of tokens you provide. This instantly doubles the pool liquidity, enhancing the service provided and potentially generating more volume and earnings.

When you provide liquidity to Oasis, you deposit your chosen token (hUSDC), and Oasis automatically matches your deposit with an equal-value HTR. Both tokens are added to the respective liquidity pool, creating your position with the combined liquidity. For example, if you deposit 1000 hUSDC, Oasis will add HTR of equivalent value, effectively doubling your liquidity position.

**Price Divergence Examples**

For hUSDC/HTR pools, if the HTR price increases, you will experience no impermanent loss and keep your entire deposit value. If the HTR price decreases, you're protected up to a 4x price decline.

This protection mechanism represents a deliberate investment by Hathor Labs to incentivize liquidity growth and build trust in the ecosystem. By providing this security to liquidity providers, Hathor aims to foster the development of more DeFi services and increase the utility of the HTR token across the network. This approach allows early liquidity providers to participate with reduced risk while the network builds sustainable trading volume and depth.

### Understanding Impermanent Loss Protection

#### What is Impermanent Loss?

Impermanent Loss (IL) occurs in liquidity pools when the relative price of paired tokens changes. In traditional liquidity pools, this can result in having less value than if you had held your tokens.

#### How Oasis Protects You

Oasis provides comprehensive protection against impermanent loss through full protection up to 4x price divergence, with protection payments made in HTR tokens. The protection is automatically calculated at withdrawal, and users do not need to take any action.

#### Protection Coverage

For price divergence up to 4x, 100% of impermanent loss is covered with protection paid in HTR tokens. There is no reduction in deposit value, and the calculation happens automatically when you withdraw.

### How Protection Works

#### For hUSDC Pools

**When HTR Price Increases**

Your original hUSDC deposit remains fully protected. No impermanent loss occurs, so you keep your full deposit value and benefit from any HTR bonus appreciation.

**When the HTR Price Decreases**

For decreases up to 4x, your hUSDC value is fully protected, and compensation is paid in HTR.
